Beth Grosshans, a seasoned child psychologist, has dedicated over two decades to helping families navigate the often challenging terrain of child-rearing. In 1994, She took a significant step by establishing her private practice. During this time, she began to observe a pervasive issue in family dynamics – Imbalanced Family Power (IFP). This phenomenon, she noted, could be a root cause of emotional and behavioural disorders in children.

Grosshans recognized the critical need for addressing IFP and developed a groundbreaking five-step strategy called "The Ladder to Effectiveness." This strategy has proven transformative in helping parents regain their rightful leadership roles within their families, ultimately restoring harmony and health to their relationships.

Academic Enrichment and Educational Impact

Beyond her clinical work, she had a profound passion for education beyond her private practice. For over 15 years, she dedicated her time to teaching child development at the Princeton Center for Teacher Education. Her expertise reached Montessori educators nationwide, contributing significantly to the next generation of caregivers and educators.

Her commitment to education did not stop there. Beth has provided proven parenting approaches to schools nationwide for over two decades, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience. She also served as a consultant for schools and treatment facilities, collaborating with fellow mental health professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
